Welcome to the newest elegant home, Sunset Breeze, in our Hawaiian Luxury Collection. Sunset Breeze is a wonderful new large single level 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. This home is an amazing family retreat in the beautiful new Ainamalu community.
NEW: This home includes FREE Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort passes in 2026.

The Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort was voted #1 resort in Hawaii by USA Today.
Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals.
Guests love this resort pass which gives them the best of both worlds with hotel privileges and a comfortable well equipped vacation home.

The family room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watching the game or a movie. Each bedroom also has a TV.
The lanai has a private BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area, and is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. The lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Waikoloa Beach resort. The bikes are great for going to the Kings Shops, Queens Shops, Luxury Cinemas, minigolf, Hilton and Marriott hotels and historical grounds, or the many other wonderful places that Waikoloa Beach Resort has to offer.

Is this community bikeable?Yes, Very much so! The internal resort roads and pathways allow for easy cruising to nearby spots. Restaurants, grocery stores, the Kings' Shops, Queens' Shops, movie theaters, and even A-Bay, which is a nearby beach.

The closest beach to Sunset Breeze is ʻAnaehoʻomalu Bay (A-Bay) which is only about 2 miles from the home. Then Hapuna and Mauna Kea Beaches are just a short drive from the home and are the best two beaches on the island. There is much to do along the coast.

KOA, Kona International Airport is the closest to airport to Sunset Breeze, and is about 20 minutes from the villa. The Big Island is a BIG place! We highly recommend a rental car so you can explore all that the Island has to offer
