This home was perfect. Impeccably clean, well maintained, super comfortable beds, high end clean linens, well stocked kitchen, and lots of beach and pool toys to use. We hope to stay here every time we come back to the Big Island. The beach at the beach club is one of the most perfect, family friendly beaches on any of the islands, and the pool in the complex is lovely.
The condo was in wonderful condition, and all the accessories (snorkel gear, beach towels, etc) and amenities (beach club, pool, bbq, patio, lawn) contributed to the ease of recreation and family time. We could enjoy hawaii instantly on arrival, not a moment wasted.
This is the way to go to get the best for a family vacation. The property is exactly as advertised. We are a family of 4 with two children (13 & 11). Honestly, we could have had a second family with us and still had more than enough space. The kitchen is huge. My kids loved seeing the goats on the golf course behind the home. The pool was relaxing. The lanai ideal for eating outside. Utilizing the resort privileges was key. You have access to the two best beaches on the island, amenities (towels, beach chairs, etc), and room charging for the restaurants. This property was worth ever penny.
The space was perfect for our family of five, including one toddler. We really appreciated the crib, high chair and baby monitor. We loved both the private beach club and the nearby black sand beach, and our family enjoyed starting each morning in the neighborhood pool. It was also great to have the beach toys, snorkel gear and child life jacket to make our beach afternoons awesome!
Place was exactly as shown. Went up with our family and enjoyed the space and the great amenities complex and pool. The place was fully stocked and we especially appreciated the bikes and all of the beach gear in the garage. Would highly recommend! Beach club was great and a short drive. Beach at the Fairmont was nice and close as well.
We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the house. Super clean and very well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. Gourmet kitchen is what dreams are made of! Grocery is literally next door to the gated community which is very convenient. Rooms are big and the A/C is cold. Beds are very comfortable. Shopping is close and the beach club has a 5 star restaurant. Don’t miss Waipio Valley, relatively close to the house and the most beautiful place on the island.
Simply Outstanding! Surprised by the the condition of the house: artfully decorated with subtle elegance, kitchen with top gear gadgets and best brand appliances. When one of the showers did not function to its max, repair service came promptly. They even set the door code as my phone number. The owner and the managing staff deserve a 7-star. What a fantastic place! I feel so fortunate to have had an opportunity to stay in such a lovely home. You can tell the owners have gone to great lengths to prepare an amazing home for guests. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and everything you need for a Beach day has been provided. Wow! The home is close to the beautiful pool and workout facility. My husband and older two children had some of the best snorkeling of the vacation on the private beach we had access to with this home. My younger two children loved the calm of this private beach. I chose to walk daily to the Foodland grocery store to pick up dinner supplies because eating on the lanai is lovely. If our travels bring us to the Big Island I would absolutely stay here.
We loved our stay at this gorgeous home. The kitchen has everything you need if you aren’t eating out at the nearby restaurants. The garage is well stocked with bikes, beach chairs, and beach toys. Everything you need for a perfect Hawaiian vacation. The gym and pool area at Kulalani are my favorite of all the Mauna Lani properties. We’ll definitely book again on our next visit!
Jeff and Suzanne are amazing host. Everything was immaculate and better then what we expected. They had everything available for us, from towels, blankets, washer, dryer, to pool fun and so much more! Our 2 night stay was worth it and would definitely come back when we have the chance. To also mention the location is near some beautiful beaches and Queens Shopping Center. Great place and highly recommend it!
Island Hideaway - Mauna Lani for Holidays
As pictured on line - very nice place! Pool and gym access, bbq, well equipped kitchen, close to beach and aquatic club / beach club access- perfect for family vacation. Allowed cooking of local fresh fish and farmers market produce at tge end of each sun filled day. Quiet and mellow but view out back really nothing to wrote home about- lava rocks and construction supplies (minor). Bikes and beach equipment were great to have! What else can i say- it worked perfect for us. If you are good w non ocean front - this property is close to all with has tons of perks. So much independence vs hotel!!

SeaGlass - Lovely Hawaiian Getaway!
This home was just as described and photographed. The kitchen was fully appointed with every appliance, pot and pan you could need. The pool was clean and the patios were quiet. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Location is convenient to the shops at Mauna Lani where there is a well appointed market and some restaurants. Great resorts nearby for food as well. The manager offered us late checkout without us having to ask. Great stay overall! We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
Paradise Beach Villa - Great location in Kona
This property is right across the street from Kahalu'u Beach which is perfect for a group that wants to snorkel (best easy access snorkeling in the area), boogie board, surf, and sunbathe. Unit had everything we needed and it was high quality stuff. No issues at all.

The Hawaiian Dream Villa--A Real Dream
My husband and I cannot compliment this property enough. Absolutely immaculate, roomy, well-designed, and beautifully decorated. It accommodated all our needs during our one-week stay at Christmastime. The open floor plan lent itself to sharing family time together. The patio virtually opens up to bring the outdoors inside. Lovely garden views and just minutes from the beach and pool. We were so happy to find boogie boards, bikes, snorkel gear, beach chairs, and umbrellas all at our disposal. (And we used them all!) The fully-loaded, spacious kitchen and large dining table made cooking and mealtime so much fun. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out and enjoy drinks and great conversation. High-end appliances and televisions in every room, including a large-screen TV in the living room, were an added bonus. We highly recommend this property. There were six of us. One of the best vacations we've ever had!

Hawaiiana Escape - Great spot for multi-generational get-away
We had three generations of our family staying at this property over Christmas. It had ample space for all of us to spread out and a sweet patio to boot. We really appreciated the stocked kitchen, beach toys, and bikes, and we used the fitness center, pool, and beach club several times! I would definitely recommend this property to any small group!
