Welcome to our 4 bedroom Serenity Villa at KaMilo, on the Big Island of Hawaii
Big Island is such a wonderful place to spend with your friends and family, children and grandchildren. Vacations create such wonderful memories; our hope is this trip will be one of your fondest family memories and that you'll return year after year.
NEW: This home includes FREE Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort passes in 2026. The Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort was voted #1 resort in Hawaii by USA Today.
Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals.
Guests love this resort pass which gives them the best of both worlds with hotel privileges and a comfortable well equipped vacation home.
Children under 5 do not count towards 10 people.

The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 8 people plus another 6 at the lanai outdoor table, and there are plenty of dishes for those large gathering meals! The comfortable living room and coffee table is perfect for relaxing, playing games from our extensive collection, listening to music, or watching the large 65' LED TV.
The main floor lanai, equipped with outdoor kitchen, outdoor couch, and dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

Upstairs Primary suite also with king bed and private ensuite with walk in shower.
The third bedroom is furnished with two (2) queen beds.

Parking at Serenity Villa
The home can accommodate up to three vehicles, with one space in the garage and two in the driveway. For ease of parking, we recommend renting vehicles of standard size—such as a car, minivan or midsize SUV—so they fit comfortably within the driveway without extending beyond it.

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do:
Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, free form pool and kiddie pool.
You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!
A short drive away are the six (6) of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven (7) challenging courses all within 7 miles of our villa.
Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

Yes! The KaMilo Recreation Complex offers something for everyone, including a fitness center, quiet lap pool, spacious covered Gathering Hale, and a fun lagoon-style family “Ohana Pool.” Little ones even have their own Keiki wading pool.
There are also two heated spas—one conveniently located by the Ohana Pool and another just behind the fitness center.Is there grocery shopping or coffee shops nearby?
The Shoppes at Mauna Lani, just a few minutes away (walkable as well!) has Foodland Farms for your grocery needs, a great coffee shop, Juice 101 and even Knead and Bake for Pizza.
Tommy Bahama's is there with both a restaurant and a clothing store, and there is a Hawaiian Favorite, "Jam's world" for colorful clothing.
That's just a sampling of what's nearby.Can I walk to the Beach?
The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a 3 minute drive from Serenity Villa. All beaches in Hawaii are public, and it's a shorter walk to the Beach at the nearby Fairmont Orchid. While you can use the beach at the Fairmont, we have to share that chairs and pools are for hotel guests only. I am planning a larger family gathering and need multiple homes. Do you have something nearby?
Paradise In Hawaii Luxury Homes manages many homes in KaMilo and we have other 3 and 4 bedroom properties close by! Ocean Wave, Dancing Honu and Daydream Villa are all near Serenity Villa. I will be traveling with children, any advice?
Family vacations in Hawaii are a ton of fun!
Our homes are set up for families. If your children are little - we have a pack 'n' play, baby monitor, high chair and bedrails. Let us know if you'd like the room with the twin beds configured separately or together.
Older kids will love the bedroom with the two Queen beds with the ping pong table.
Especially important, don't forget the sun screen for everyone, but please don't spray it on our lanai or walkways!
Some of our favorite activities with the family at Serenity Villa are riding bikes, heading to the pools and beach, building epic sandcastles, and our favorite, ping pong competitions with the family.
For those times when everyone needs to just relax, there's nothing like a movie night and some popcorn.
What Airport Should I fly to?
KOA, Kona International Airport, is the closest airport and is about 30 minute drive away. Do I need a rental car?
The Big Island is a BIG place ! We highly recommend a rental car so you can explore the Island. Can you rent a golf cart to get around?
Yes! Cruising the resort in an electric cart is a guest favorite. While a standard vehicle is required to travel outside Mauna Lani Resort, an electric cart is perfect for quick trips to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club or The Shops at Mauna Lani. When you book your stay at Serenity Villa, our team will be happy to share our preferred vendor list and connect you directly with the best local companies to arrange your rental.
