County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.

This single-level 4 bedroom home is fully furnished with 4 Master Suites, each with a private bath ensuite.
In the main home the first bedroom features a California King Size bed.
The 2nd bedroom also has a California King.
The 3rd is equipped with two TwinXL that can be combined as king with gel topper.
In addition, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
This home is the Hoku B model which is one of only a few at KaMilo that feature a standalone guest cottage (ohana). Detached from the home this suite has a King bed and its own washroom.
The house and the guest cottage all have central AC. There is a large laundry room in the home.
The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining arrangements will comfortably accommodate 10 people between the indoor and outdoor tables and an additional 4 at the expansive kitchen island. The home features a family room separate from the living room where there is a 65” TV with video games and a large assortment of movies for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. We will be traveling with children, any advice?
Family vacations in Hawaii are a ton of fun!
Our homes are set up for families. If your children are little - we have a pack 'n' play, baby monitor, high chair and bedrails. Let us know if you'd like the room with the twin beds configured separately or together.
Especially important, don't forget the sun screen for everyone, but please don't spray it on our lanai or walkways!
Some of our favorite activities with the family at Paradise Awaits are riding bikes, heading to the pools and beach, building epic sandcastles.
For those times when everyone needs to just relax, there's nothing like a movie night and some popcorn.Can we use the pool at night and is it heated?
At Paradise Awaits guests are welcome to enjoy the private heated pool into the evening.
We simply ask that guests be mindful of Kamilo’s community quiet hours by keeping noise levels low, allowing everyone to enjoy the peaceful beauty of the Hawaiian evenings.Can I make Tee times at the Mauna Lani Golf Course, and can I rent a golf cart?
Absolutely! Guests are welcome to book tee times at Mauna Lani Golf, home to both the North and South championship courses.
We recommend reserving your tee time in advance, especially during peak travel periods.
Paradise Awaits has two complementary sets of golf clubs provided for guest use that are kept in the garage.
Cruising the resort in an electric cart is a guest favorite. While a standard vehicle is required to travel outside Mauna Lani Resort, an electric cart is perfect for quick trips inside Mauna Lani.

For everyone's safety, we kindly ask that no glassware be brought poolside.Is there a gym on site?
Yes, the KaMilo Recreation Complex has a gym, a quiet lap pool, a large covered Gathering Hale, and a fun lagoon style family "Ohana Pool". There's even a wading pool for the Keiki! The Kamilo recreation complex also has 2 heated spa's - one by the Ohana Pool, and one behind the fitness center. When we are on island, can we visit Volcano National Park?
Most definitely! Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park makes for a wonderful day trip from Mauna Lani. Pack a lunch, fill up the car, and plan a full day of exploring one of the island’s most unique landscapes.
The park is located on the opposite side of the island and is approximately a 2½-hour drive from Mauna Lani, making the journey part of the adventure. There is plenty to see and explore along the way and once you arrive at the park.How is the checkin process?
Super Easy! The homes are self checkin. You will receive your checkin information via email prior to arrival. And Paradise Awaits will be awaiting your arrival! Can I walk to the Beach?
The Mauna Lani Beach Club is just a 3-minute drive from Paradise Awaits, offering a beautiful spot for swimming, snorkeling, paddleboarding, and relaxing by the ocean.
Hawai‘i beaches are public, and the beach at the nearby Fairmont Orchid is also easily accessible, with a shorter walk from the home. While guests are welcome to enjoy the beach, the Fairmont’s beach chairs and pools are reserved exclusively for registered hotel guests.Is there grocery shopping or coffee shops nearby?
The Shoppes at Mauna Lani, just a few minutes away (walkable as well!) has Foodland Farms for your grocery needs, a great coffee shop, Juice 101 and even Knead and Bake for Pizza.

This single-level 4 bedroom home is fully furnished with 4 Master Suites, each with a private bath ensuite.
In the main home the first bedroom features a California King Size bed.
The 2nd bedroom also has a California King.
The 3rd is equipped with two TwinXL that can be combined as king with gel topper.
In addition, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
This home is the Hoku B model which is one of only a few at KaMilo that feature a standalone guest cottage (ohana). Detached from the home this suite has a King bed and its own washroom.
The house and the guest cottage all have central AC. There is a large laundry room in the home.
The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining arrangements will comfortably accommodate 10 people between the indoor and outdoor tables and an additional 4 at the expansive kitchen island. The home features a family room separate from the living room where there is a 65” TV with video games and a large assortment of movies for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! It is perfect for relaxing, playing games, watch the game, or relax with a movie. Each bedroom also has a TV.
The lanai has a private BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. Family vacations in Hawaii are a ton of fun!
Our homes are set up for families. If your children are little - we have a pack 'n' play, baby monitor, high chair and bedrails. Let us know if you'd like the room with the twin beds configured separately or together.
Especially important, don't forget the sun screen for everyone, but please don't spray it on our lanai or walkways!
Some of our favorite activities with the family at Paradise Awaits are riding bikes, heading to the pools and beach, building epic sandcastles.
For those times when everyone needs to just relax, there's nothing like a movie night and some popcorn.Can we use the pool at night and is it heated?
At Paradise Awaits guests are welcome to enjoy the private heated pool into the evening.

Absolutely! Guests are welcome to book tee times at Mauna Lani Golf, home to both the North and South championship courses.
We recommend reserving your tee time in advance, especially during peak travel periods.
Paradise Awaits has two complementary sets of golf clubs provided for guest use that are kept in the garage.
Cruising the resort in an electric cart is a guest favorite. While a standard vehicle is required to travel outside Mauna Lani Resort, an electric cart is perfect for quick trips inside Mauna Lani.

Yes, the KaMilo Recreation Complex has a gym, a quiet lap pool, a large covered Gathering Hale, and a fun lagoon style family "Ohana Pool". There's even a wading pool for the Keiki! The Kamilo recreation complex also has 2 heated spa's - one by the Ohana Pool, and one behind the fitness center. When we are on island, can we visit Volcano National Park?
Most definitely! Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park makes for a wonderful day trip from Mauna Lani. Pack a lunch, fill up the car, and plan a full day of exploring one of the island’s most unique landscapes.
The park is located on the opposite side of the island and is approximately a 2½-hour drive from Mauna Lani, making the journey part of the adventure. There is plenty to see and explore along the way and once you arrive at the park.How is the checkin process?
Super Easy! The homes are self checkin. You will receive your checkin information via email prior to arrival. And Paradise Awaits will be awaiting your arrival! Can I walk to the Beach?
The Mauna Lani Beach Club is just a 3-minute drive from Paradise Awaits, offering a beautiful spot for swimming, snorkeling, paddleboarding, and relaxing by the ocean.
Hawai‘i beaches are public, and the beach at the nearby Fairmont Orchid is also easily accessible, with a shorter walk from the home. While guests are welcome to enjoy the beach, the Fairmont’s beach chairs and pools are reserved exclusively for registered hotel guests.Is there grocery shopping or coffee shops nearby?
The Shoppes at Mauna Lani, just a few minutes away (walkable as well!) has Foodland Farms for your grocery needs, a great coffee shop, Juice 101 and even Knead and Bake for Pizza.
Tommy Bahama's is there with both a restaurant and a clothing store, and there is a Hawaiian Favorite, "Jam's world" for colorful clothing. That's just a sampling of what's nearby.
