Once Upon a Tide at KaMilo provides a perfect setting for your Hawaii getaway and is designed for gatherings of up to 10 people and is provides an upscale, relaxing, luxurious and well equipped home for your Hawaiian vacation. Fully furnished in comfortably elegant Restoration Hardware furnishings, and stunning sunset views, this home is sure to be a delight spot for your family gathering.

The Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort was voted #1 resort in Hawaii by USA Today.
Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals.
Guests love this resort pass which gives them the best of both worlds with hotel privileges and a comfortable well equipped vacation home.

A Rollaway can be brought for an 11th guest (Best suited for a child)
The home was just updated to remove bedroom carpets so the home has New hardwood floors throughout the living area and all bedrooms.
The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 8 people plus another 4 at the lanai outdoor table, or 4 at the expansive kitchen island. The large unbelievably comfortable couch and chair in the great room are perfect for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watch the game, or relax with a movie on large UltraHD TV.
