We pride ourselves on providing some of the most sought after homes on the Kohala Coast and are thrilled to add Mauna Kea Sunrise Villa to our collection.
We have now partnered with the wonderful homeowners of Mauna Kea Sunrise Villa to provide a similarly well-equipped home for your entire family or group to enjoy.

The Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort was voted #1 resort in Hawaii by USA Today.
Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals.

• Supplies and instructions how to build an amazing large sand castle with your kids.
• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean

• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic
Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth, and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Yes, the KaMilo Recreation Complex has a gym, a quiet lap pool, a large covered Gathering Hale, and a fun lagoon style family "Ohana Pool".
There's even a wading pool for the Keiki!
The KaMilo recreation complex also has 2 heated spa's - one by the Ohana Pool, and one behind the fitness center.Can I walk to the Beach?
The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a 3 minute drive from Mauna Kea Sunrise. All beaches in Hawaii are public, and it's a shorter walk to the Beach at the nearby Fairmont Orchid.
While you can use the beach at the Fairmont, we have to share that chairs and pools are for hotel guests only.I will be traveling with children, any advice?

Our homes are set up for families. If your children are little - we have a pack 'n' play, baby monitor, high chair and bedrails.
Especially important, don't forget the sun screen for everyone, but please don't spray it on our lanai or walkways!Is there grocery shopping or coffee shops nearby?
The Shoppes at Mauna Lani, just a few minutes away (walkable as well!) has Foodland Farms for your grocery needs, a great coffee shop, Juice 101 and even Knead and Bake for Pizza.
Tommy Bahama's is there with both a restaurant and a clothing store, and there is a Hawaiian Favorite, "Jam's world" for colorful clothing.

Yes! Cruising the resort in an electric cart is a guest favorite. While a standard vehicle is required to travel outside Mauna Lani Resort, an electric cart is perfect for quick trips to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club or The Shops at Mauna Lani.
