This model is the larger Kulalani 3 bedroom in the fourplex which sports a large living room with lanai/patio windows on two walls to open up the entire living room to the outdoors. The covered lanai wraps around the living room providing lots of afternoon shade and sunsets.  The home also sports a private large double garage meaning there is no concern about parking.

Island Time Villa is a 3 bedroom home that is exquisitely furnished. The Master Bedroom is on the main floor and features a spa-like ensuite complete with a soaker tub. The second bedroom sports a King bed and the third bedroom features a queen bed.

The living room features a 65" Ultra HD 4K TV. 

The private grill is perfect for bringing home the fresh catch of the day or veggies from one of the many farmer's markets. 

Each of the three lanais is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you’ll find:

• Comfortable beach chairs, beach mats, umbrellas, sand toys and sandcastle making equipment, and more!
• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves 
• Life jackets swim belts for the younger ones 
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth, and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club (access included), exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Ask us about deals on a GEM Neighborhood Electric Vehicle (Golf cart) rental for even more family fun.

For those with children;

Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do: 

Staying in Kulalani gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool, and kiddie pool. 

You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters! 

A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach. 

The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa. 

Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings. 

For larger groups ask us about renting homes next door / across the street so the entire group can all stay near each other.
