‘Ikena Nani is a large 3-bedroom home that is exquisitely furnished with 3 Primary Suites each with their own luxurious bath. This home is perfect for families or three couples looking to share a home while having space, privacy and near equal size rooms and baths.
The first primary suite has a King bed. It has a large ensuite bath with gorgeous high-end cabinets, and frameless glass shower and an outdoor shower and its own entrance to the lanai.
The second primary has a Queen bed. It has a dedicated primary bathroom complete with its own separate and private bathroom with walk in shower.
The third bedroom features two full size beds that can sleep 4 and its own private ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and its own entrance to the lanai.
The airy open concept main room includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large covered lanai with grill. You can dine indoors or outdoors under a covered lanai while watching the sunset.
The large lanai pocket doors (complete with screens) disappear along two walls into the wall for the complete blend of indoor and outdoor living. Enjoy the amazing private pool and waterfall spa.
County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.
The lanai features comfy chairs and couches for reading, socializing and simply enjoying a refreshing drink while watching the sun set into the Pacific Ocean each evening. There is also a large outdoor dining table.
The living room features a large UltraHD 4K TV.
Staying in ‘Ikena Nani gives you access to the Wai'ula'ula gated community recreation center and pool. This recreation center boasts an infinity pool that is to die for, and a kids pool for those with little ones. Lay on loungers in the water, enjoy the hot tub spa or cuddle up with your kids on one of the big orbital day beds. The recreation center also has a fitness center with stunning views of the pools and expansive Hawaii scenery.

At most times of the year guests can make reservations for golf, activities, and restaurants. Our guest ambassadors are happy to help our guests with any questions, ideas and love helping ohanas have an amazing experience on the Big Island. It is an incredibly friendly and safe island. Our team loves sharing their passion for the Big Island with others.
For those guests staying at 'Ikena Nani who want the benefits of staying in a luxury private home but also to enjoy an experience as if they were a hotel guest there is an ability to opt into the Mauna Kea Club program. Only guests staying in Mauna Kea resort homes where the owners are members of the Mauna Kea Club have the option of enjoying this option. The program includes charging privileges at two hotels (Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Hapuna Westin), use of each hotel’s pools, beach chairs, and hotel parking. The hotel requires guests who opt in to pay a daily fee per home, not per guest, to the hotel directly. Guests who opt in must sign up for all nights of their stay. Unlike some vacation rental companies, Paradise in Hawaii does not force guests to sign up for the program and pay higher nightly rates. For those guests choosing the Club option, our guest ambassador team will facilitate your registration. Inquire with our team for more details and for pricing. Rates are set by the hotel and are subject to change each year and during certain peak weeks. For guests who want to participate, advance registration is required with the hotel.
The Mauna Kea Resort sets the rates for its Optional Amenity Program. Participation is entirely optional, and fewer than half of our guests choose to enroll.

Can guests use the nearby hotel facilities?Ikena Nani is in the Mauna Kea Resort. Guests staying in the home have the option of purchasing the hotel amenity package. It includes use of the hotel beach chairs, parking, the hotel fitness and charging privileges. We allow guests to chose whether they want this or not and do not forced guests by bundling it into higher nightly rates.
Does the unit have central air conditioning?Yes, Ikena Nani has central AC

‘Ikena Nani is a large 3-bedroom home that is exquisitely furnished with 3 Primary Suites each with their own luxurious bath. This home is perfect for families or three couples looking to share a home while having space, privacy and near equal size rooms and baths.
The first primary suite has a King bed. It has a large ensuite bath with gorgeous high-end cabinets, and frameless glass shower and an outdoor shower and its own entrance to the lanai.
The second primary has a Queen bed. It has a dedicated primary bathroom complete with its own separate and private bathroom with walk in shower.
The third bedroom features two full size beds that can sleep 4 and its own private ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and its own entrance to the lanai.
The airy open concept main room includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large covered lanai with grill. You can dine indoors or outdoors under a covered lanai while watching the sunset.
The large lanai pocket doors (complete with screens) disappear along two walls into the wall for the complete blend of indoor and outdoor living. Enjoy the amazing private pool and waterfall spa.
County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.
The lanai features comfy chairs and couches for reading, socializing and simply enjoying a refreshing drink while watching the sun set into the Pacific Ocean each evening. There is also a large outdoor dining table.
The living room features a large UltraHD 4K TV.
Staying in ‘Ikena Nani gives you access to the Wai'ula'ula gated community recreation center and pool. This recreation center boasts an infinity pool that is to die for, and a kids pool for those with little ones. Lay on loungers in the water, enjoy the hot tub spa or cuddle up with your kids on one of the big orbital day beds. The recreation center also has a fitness center with stunning views of the pools and expansive Hawaii scenery.

Our guest ambassadors are happy to help our guests with any questions, ideas and love helping ohanas have an amazing experience on the Big Island. It is an incredibly friendly and safe island. Our team loves sharing their passion for the Big Island with others.
For those guests staying at 'Ikena Nani who want the benefits of staying in a luxury private home but also to enjoy an experience as if they were a hotel guest there is an ability to opt into the Mauna Kea Club program. Only guests staying in Mauna Kea resort homes where the owners are members of the Mauna Kea Club have the option of enjoying this option. The program includes charging privileges at two hotels (Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Hapuna Westin), use of each hotel’s pools, beach chairs, and hotel parking. The hotel requires guests who opt in to pay a daily fee per home, not per guest, to the hotel directly. Guests who opt in must sign up for all nights of their stay. Unlike some vacation rental companies, Paradise in Hawaii does not force guests to sign up for the program and pay higher nightly rates. For those guests choosing the Club option, our guest ambassador team will facilitate your registration. Inquire with our team for more details and for pricing. Rates are set by the hotel and are subject to change each year and during certain peak weeks. For guests who want to participate, advance registration is required with the hotel.

Can guests use the nearby hotel facilities?Ikena Nani is in the Mauna Kea Resort. Guests staying in the home have the option of purchasing the hotel amenity package. It includes use of the hotel beach chairs, parking, the hotel fitness and charging privileges. We allow guests to chose whether they want this or not and do not forced guests by bundling it into higher nightly rates.
Does the unit have central air conditioning?Yes, Ikena Nani has central AC
