This single-level 3 bedroom home is furnished with new furniture, appliances and interior.
The primary suite has a King size bed and ensuite.
The second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Both of these bedrooms boast new Stearns & Foster mattresses.
The third bedroom is a kids' room with ensuite bathroom and original Disney artwork, it is furnished with bunk beds and trundle (sleeps 4). Each bedroom has 55-inch 4K TVs and Blu-rays.
This home is the newer 3BR floor plan with 3 bathrooms vs 2.5.
The airy open concept main floor includes full kitchen (with new stainless steel appliances, a built-in wine cooler), dining area, great room, and large covered lanai with grill. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 6 people plus 3 at the expansive kitchen island.
This technologically advanced home boasts is equipped with central AC, free WiFi, and an Amazon Echo Dot in every room. Beach Club Bliss has two Xbox One S consoles. The living room features large lanai pocket doors that hide in the wall so the outdoor lanai and living room merge into one open space. • Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets swim belts for the younger ones

If you'd prefer not to drive, there are seven bikes (four adult, two youth, one child) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Ask us about deals on a GEM Neighborhood Electric Vehicle (Golf cart) rental for even more family fun.

Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool, and kiddie pool. Beach Club Bliss is close to the recreation center, a very short and easy walk down the street.
You can also enjoy access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club staffed with lifeguards and the overlooking Napua Restaurant, just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!
A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala Coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.

We will be traveling with children, any advise?
Family vacations in Hawaii are a ton of fun!
Our homes are set up for families. If your children are little - we have a pack 'n' play, baby monitor, high chair and bedrails. Let us know if you'd like the room with the twin beds configured separately or together.
Especially important, don't forget the sun screen for everyone, but please don't spray it on our lanai or walkways!
Some of our favorite activities with the family at HOME are riding bikes, heading to the pools and beach, building epic sandcastles.
For those times when everyone needs to just relax, there's nothing like a movie night and some popcorn.Are there beaches nearby that are good for children?

The Kamilo recreation complex also has 2 heated spa's - one by the Ohana Pool, and one behind the fitness center. I am planning a larger family gathering and need multiple homes. Do you have something nearby?

It gives you the freedom to discover beaches, waterfalls, volcanoes, scenic drives and all the unique experiences the island has to offer. Can I make Tee times at the Mauna Lani Golf Course?
Absolutely! Guests are welcome to book tee times at Mauna Lani Golf, home to both the North and South championship courses.
The South Course is especially popular for its dramatic ocean views and iconic 15th hole, while the North Course winds through lava rock and kiawe forests.
We recommend reserving your tee time in advance, especially during peak travel periods.Is there Beach Gear at Beach Club Bliss?

If you'd prefer not to drive, there are seven bikes (four adult, two youth, one child) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Things to do
Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool, and kiddie pool. Beach Club Bliss is close to the recreation center, a very short and easy walk down the street.
You can also enjoy access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club staffed with lifeguards and the overlooking Napua Restaurant, just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!
A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala Coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find a supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
If you have a larger group consider renting Dolphin Hale next door or nearby Wahi Malu, Kohala Haven or Flora Paradise.

Family vacations in Hawaii are a ton of fun!
Our homes are set up for families. If your children are little - we have a pack 'n' play, baby monitor, high chair and bedrails. Let us know if you'd like the room with the twin beds configured separately or together.
Especially important, don't forget the sun screen for everyone, but please don't spray it on our lanai or walkways!
Some of our favorite activities with the family at HOME are riding bikes, heading to the pools and beach, building epic sandcastles.
For those times when everyone needs to just relax, there's nothing like a movie night and some popcorn.Are there beaches nearby that are good for children?
Yes! Beach Club Bliss includes a pass to the Mauna Lani Beach Club, where families can enjoy the calm, protected waters of a beautiful cove, an especially nice spot for children to splash and play.

The Kamilo recreation complex also has 2 heated spa's - one by the Ohana Pool, and one behind the fitness center. I am planning a larger family gathering and need multiple homes. The Big Island is BIG! There’s so much to see and explore beyond the resort, so we highly recommend having a rental car during your stay. It gives you the freedom to discover beaches, waterfalls, volcanoes, scenic drives and all the unique experiences the island has to offer. Can I make Tee times at the Mauna Lani Golf Course?
Absolutely! Guests are welcome to book tee times at Mauna Lani Golf, home to both the North and South championship courses.
The South Course is especially popular for its dramatic ocean views and iconic 15th hole, while the North Course winds through lava rock and kiawe forests.
