Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay.   This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.     
It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals.     
Guests love this resort pass which gives them the best of both worlds with hotel privileges and a comfortable well equipped vacation home.

This home has everything you need for an amazing stay, including 400Mbps fast wifi throughout to keep in touch with friends and family, or stream your favorite video’s. The master bedroom comes equipped with a stand-up desk and chair (only if work is necessary).

The family room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watching the game or a movie. Each bedroom also has a TV.

We love hosting families with keiki (children) !  All Paradise In Hawaii Luxury Homes welcome little one’s.  Our home has a pack’n’play, high chair, baby monitors, kids plates, cups and cutlery.  For toddlers we have bed safety rails, toilet seat adapters,  swim belts & jackets,  kid sized bikes and even a step stool so they can reach the bathroom counter to brush their teeth.

Please note.   County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.

We love building really big sandcastles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you’ll find:

• Comfortable beach chairs, beach mats, umbrellas, sand toys and sandcastle making equipment
• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets, swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Waikoloa Beach resort. The bikes are great for going to the Kings Shops, Queens Shops, Luxury Cinemas, mini-golf, Hilton and Marriott hotels and historical grounds, or the many other wonderful places that Waikoloa Beach Resort has to offer.

FUN THINGS TO DO 

A short drive away are a dozen of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.    The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.    Minutes away are the Kings Shops and the Queens Shops where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
