Mauna Kea Beach
With limited public parking, Mauna Kea Beach is a beautiful white sand beach. Perfect sand for building sandcastles. Snorkel on the north and south ends of the beach. Whale watch from the beach during whale season (December – March). At night, manta rays can be seen from the Turtle lookout – above the north end of the beach.
Hapuna Beach
Rated #1 Beach in the USA by Dr Beach, Hapuna Beach is a 1/2 mile long where you can find families boogie boarding, showing a football, building sand castles and enjoying their day in the sun. The Hapuna Westin Hotel is located on the north end of the beach.
