This brand new single level condo accommodates up to 7 guests:
Primary Bedroom: King size bed with Tempurpedic mattress.
2nd Bedroom: Two TwinXLs that can be combined as King with gel topper
Living Room: Queen sleeper
Bonus Room: Twin Daybed
The air conditioned open concept living area with dining table and comfortable seating is perfect for your indoor times. Very fast Wifi is included and is great for streaming, or for those video calls to friends and family back home.
The ultimate flexibility is yours for meal time - for those wishing to prepare their own meals, a gourmet kitchen awaits. Induction Cooktop, Miele oven and microwave and SubZero Fridge and wine fridge along with basic oils and spices ensure you're able to prepare a gourmet meal. Or, steps away, enjoy meals at one of the Hapuna Restaurants. Guests also have the ability to order room service. A short drive (hotel shuttle maybe available) take in the neighbor Mauna Kea Beach Hotel restaurants. (Reservations for all hotel restaurants are highly recommended.)
The home has central AC and Free WiFi. There is also a private laundry room with washer and dryer in the home for your use.

Many guests never decide to leave the amazing beach, pools and hotel resort but there is so much more to explore on the Big Island of Hawaii. Please ask us for ideas for adventure seekers, families and romantic getaways.
The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Minutes away are the Kings Shops and the Queens Shops where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
Hapuna Sunsets is a new home in the Hapuna Residences.
NOTE: To use of the hotel privileges at the Hapuna Westin and Mauna Kea Beach hotel. The fee is $150/day base rate and $225/day during peak season, for the entire group (Not per person) and is paid directly to the hotel.
This includes use of the hotel pools, fitness center, beach chairs, towels, hotel charging privileges, and discounts for golf at both the Hapuna Westin and Mauna Kea Resorts.
Peak Rate Periods:
The following dates will incur peak rates. Standard base rates apply outside these periods:
• Spring Break: March 21, 2026 – April 11, 2026
• Thanksgiving: November 21, 2026 – November 27, 2026
• Festive Season: December 19, 2026 – January 2, 2027
At this time, the rates for the Resort Privileges have only been published for 2026.
The Resort typically updates its pricing annually and does not generally honor or grandfather the previous year's rates into a new calendar year.
As a result, 2027 rates will not be known until they are released by the Resort at the end of the year.

Hapuna Sunsets is part of Hapuna Beach Residences which is next to the Westin. They are high end luxury private residences but guests have the option of joining the hotel program allowing use of the hotel amenities at Hapuna Westin and Mauna Kea Beach hotels. Is Hapuna Beach a public beach?
Yes Hapuna Beach is a public beach. Hapuna Sunsets is at the north end of the beach looking down. Hapuna Beach State Part is at the south end of the Beach. While you can drive to the beach from other homes there is nothing like staying right at the beach and waking up every morning to the sound of the waves and the crystal turquoise waters. How many people can Hapuna Sunsets accommodate.
Hapuna Sunsets is a spacious 1370 sq feet condo that can accommodate families with eight people. There is a King bed in the master bedroom that has it's own lanai over the ocean. The second bedroom has two twinXL beds that can combine to make a King and there is third bonus room with a daybed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Does the home has in-suite laundry?
