Incredible Performances

See impressive performances by fire and hula dancers! When you attend a luau (typically offered through resorts), you can enjoy a feast while watching the show. Free shows in the shops at Mauna Lani and Waikoloa also offer great dance performances but without the food and drink.

You will eat well when you attend a luau! Enjoy traditional foods and tropical drinks. Most luaus feature kalua pig for the main course – a pig that has been cooked in an imu (traditional underground oven) – but also offer a variety of seafood, chicken, and vegetable dishes as well.
